Interviews with Neighbors
Livingston Residence 1985
*Neighbor 1: This was a couple, when asked if they had any feedback about the clients in our program the
neighbor stated there were no issues and that the client’s stick to themselves(65 Amelia Ave, West St. Paul,
MN 55118)
*Neighbor 2: Stated that she has lived in the neighborhood for 25 years and that the only issue she’s noticed
was that in the past clients parked on her street (side street) and didn’t move their cars often enough. The
problem was that if there were too many cars parked on the street the plows can’t clear the snow in the winter.
She has interreacted with clients when they went on walks in the neighborhood and stated that have been
“very friendly”(61 Amelia Ave, West St. Paul, MN 55118)
*Neighbor 3: Stated that he had no concerns and nothing negative to say. Stated he had no other feedback(60
Amelia Ave, West St. Paul, MN 55118)
*Neighbor 4: Concern mentioned: Clients have sat on the retaining wall of the neighbor across the street. They
were making phone calls and waiting for rides. This neighbor also stated that they don’t like when people park
on the Livingston street itself because there is a no parking sign posted. (Note: Case managers, utility
companies, visitors, and staff have made this mistake before, rarely would this be a client parking on
Livingston Avesince very few have cars and we do not allow them since parking is so limited)(1303
Livingston Ave, West St. Paul, MN 55118)
