I live in that <br />neighborhood. We do not want that facility located here. It is <br />not a good fit for this area: The building or property location <br />were never designed for such a purpose. Upland Ave and Hwy <br />10 are very high traffic areas - what about the safety of the <br />patients? Many children and school bus stops in the area. <br />Many elderly residents in the townhouse development 1 block <br />away. This will drop our property values. Our personal security <br />and safety becomes a new major concern. I have zero <br />confidence in ResCare. We don't need any more stress in our <br />lives.
