Motion carried 4-0. <br />Councilmember Ovall abstained due to conflict of interest. <br /> <br />6. Open Forum <br /> <br />Dave Burandt, 19118 Tyler Street, stated there is a curve at Xavier and Tyler Street <br />rd <br />on 193 Avenue that slopes the wrong way and cars slide off the road during <br />inclement weather. He further noted water drainage issue and requested the city <br />engineer review the issue. <br /> <br />Council referred the matter to staff. <br /> <br />7.1 Introduction of New Employee <br /> <br /> Mr. Femrite introduced Engineering Technician 2, Ryan Sandhoeffner. <br /> <br />Mr. Sandhoeffner stated he is excited to work in Elk River and he reviewed his <br />background. <br /> <br />Council welcomed Mr. Sandhoeffner to the city. <br /> <br />8.
