Update on 11/15/99 City Council Meetin9 <br /> <br />An update on the November 15,1999, City Council meeting was provided by <br />Commissioner Peterson. <br /> <br />12. Update on 11/23/99 Plannina Commission Meetinq <br /> <br />An update on the November 23, 1999, Planning Commission meeting was <br />provided by Commissioner Huberty. <br /> <br />13.A. Policy for Park & Recreation Commission Representatives Attendina Plannina <br />Commission and City Council Meetin9s <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KUESTER MOVED APPROVAL OF THE FOLLOWING POLICY: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />IF A PARK AND RECREATION REPRESENTATIVE IS ASSIGNED TO ATTEND A CITY <br />COUNCIL OR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AND HE/SHE HAS A DIFFERING <br />OPINION ON A PARTICULAR ISSUE THAN WAS RECOMMENDED BY THE PARK & <br />RECREATION COMMISSION, THE REPRESENTATIVE SHALL NOTIFY THE CHAIR SO THAT <br />AN ADDITIONAL COMMISSIONER MAY ATTEND TO PRESENT THE COMMISSION'S <br />RECOMMENDATION. COMMISSIONER DAVE ANDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />THE MOTION CARRIED 8-0. <br /> <br />13.B. <br /> <br />Snowmobile Re9ulations <br /> <br />Michele McPherson stated that the city's snowmobile regulations have been <br />published in the city's newsletter, "The Current". Also, the regulations have been <br />sent to the Star News for publication. <br /> <br />Commissioner Dave Anderson asked that a staff person or police officer inform <br />the resident on 181 sl and County Road 30 that he cannot use the city trail as part <br />of his 4-wheeler/snowmobile track. Staff will investigate. <br /> <br />13.C. Woodpile at Woodlands <br /> <br />Commissioner Dave Anderson stated that Mr. Dave Bleyhl started to remove his <br />woodpile on park property at Woodland Trails, but now the pile has become <br />larger than before. Ms. McPherson stated that a letter will be sent to Mr. Bleyhl <br />informing him that the woodpile needs to be removed. <br /> <br />. <br />
