EXHIBIT A <br />That part of the South 928.55 feet, as measured at right angles, of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 27, Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County, MN; lying <br />west of the West line of the duly recorded plat of HILLSIDE ESTATES 1ST <br />ADDITION, said Sherburne County; lying east of the East line of the right of way <br />of US Highway 169; an lying north of a line described as follows: <br />Commencing at the point of intersection of the South line of said Northeast <br />Quarter with said West line of HILLSIDE ESTATES 1ST ADDITION; thence <br />north along said West line of HILLSIDE ESTATES 1ST ADDITION for a distance <br />of 424.09 feet to the actual Point of Beginning of the line to be hereby described; <br />thence west at right angles for a distance of 285.00 feet; thence south at right <br />angles for a distance for 10.00 feet; thence west at right angles for a distance of <br />335.21 feet, more or less, to intersect said East line of the Highway right of way <br />and there terminate. <br />TOGETHER WITH all that part of said Northeast Quarter described as Beginning <br />at the point of intersection of said East line of the right of way of US Highway <br />No.169 with the North line of said South 928.55 feet of the Northeast Quarter; <br />thence east along said North line of the South 928.55 feet for a distance of <br />622.36 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of said HILLSIDE ESTATES <br />1ST ADDITION; thence north along the Northerly extension of the West line of <br />said HILLSIDE ESTATES 1ST ADDITION for a distance of 50.00 feet; thence <br />westerly for a distance of 620.19 feet, more or less, to a point on said East line of <br />the Highway right of way a distance of 100.00 feet north of the point of <br />beginning; thence south along said Highway right of way to the Point of <br />Beginning. <br />Page 5 <br />
