'-" t'" .............., "(" /) RESOWTION WHEREAS, this council has received a report from its Engineer, Mr. William P. Mills, advising it in a preliminary way that the black- topping of the alley in Block 2 of theVillage of Elk River is feasible and that the estimated cost of the improvement is $ 3~o . . BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Elk River as follows: 1. Jt ishe}'eby fouwj a'Od determined that Mr. William P. Mills of ",All. ~",k~1 F#fIA/ttV, the consulting engineer for the Village has reported to this Council that a local improvement as hereinafter described is feasible and may best be made as proposed, and not in conjunction with any other improvemen;J and that the estimated cost of said improvement to the Village is $ :J ~LJ. () 0 . 2. That said improvement consists of the following: The grading, levelling and blacktopping of that alley located in Block 2 of the Village of E1kRiver upon the South 20 feet of the North 61 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of said Block and upon the South 20 feet of the North 41 feet of the West 40 feet of Lot 4 and the North 41 feet of the East 20 feet of the West 40 feet of said Lot 4; also the East 20 feet of the West 53 feet of Lots 6 and 7 of said Block 2 except that part thereof taken for highway right- of-way. 3. This Council shall meet at.. the Village Hall on Monday the 6th day of July, 1970, at 8:00 o'clock P. M. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed construction of said improvement. 4.
