The <br />bids will be publicly opened and rea.d <br />at the above-mentioned time and pla.ce <br />for the consideration of the Villa.ge <br />Council. <br />All bids shall be made on the pro- <br />posal forms of the Village and shall <br />be accompanied by a cash deposit, caSh" <br />ier's check, certified check or bid bonm <br />payable to the Village Clerk for n'ot <br />less thn 5% of the amount bid.
