<br />Sealed bids will be received by the
<br />Village of Elk River, Minnesota, at the
<br />new Village offices until 8 :00 p. m. on
<br />Monday, June 15, 1970, for Bituminous
<br />Seal Coat work on Village streets.
<br />Quantities consist of approximately 390
<br />tons of aggregate and 7,750 gallons of
<br />bituminous material on and according
<br />to the plans and specifications on file
<br />at the office of the Village Clerk and
<br />the office of the Engineer, Mills En-
<br />gineering, Long Lake, Minnesota. The
<br />bids will be publicly opened and rea.d
<br />at the above-mentioned time and pla.ce
<br />for the consideration of the Villa.ge
<br />Council.
<br />All bids shall be made on the pro-
<br />posal forms of the Village and shall
<br />be accompanied by a cash deposit, caSh"
<br />ier's check, certified check or bid bonm
<br />payable to the Village Clerk for n'ot
<br />less thn 5% of the amount bid. Bids
<br />shall be directed to the Village Clerk,
<br />William Konop, Elk River, Minnesota,
<br />The Village reserves the right to re-
<br />ject any and all bids, waive any infor-
<br />malities and make the award in the
<br />best interests of the Village.
<br />Copies of the plans and specifica-
<br />tions will be furnished on request by
<br />the Engineer to any prospective bidder
<br />UJ;lon a deposit of $10.00 to guarantee
<br />their safe return within 10 days after
<br />the bid opening date.
