Continue, by motion,the request to vacate a portion of the Zane Street Right-of-Way to the January 21, 2019, Council meeting. B. Continue, by motion,the request for approval of a Simple Plat to the January 21, 2019, Council meeting. Background/Discussion The applicant submitted updated plans on November 28, 2018, and is making updates in accordance with staff's comment letter sent on December 7, 2018. Due to the missing information and required changes to the plans, staff and the applicant have agreed to delay Council review of the plat and easement vacation until January 21, _ 2019. -- CR 33 Updated plans were expected on December 14, 2018. Staff will 01 review the documents and prepare follow-up comments as needed. x The delay will push Council review of the Zone Change and RR CUP/PUD to February, 19, 2019,which is the last day for Council °- action based upon the applicant's extension request.
