Horton, Inc—Minnesota is please to submit the attached Interim Use application for a temporary <br /> parking lot on the southwest corner of 1901h Avenue NW and Edison Street NW. The lot is planned to be <br /> in place during marketing of our homes in Miske Meadows. <br /> The purpose of the parking lot is to provide off-street customer parking for the future model home <br /> located on the adjacent lot as shown on the attached survey. It will include 4 spaces: 3 standard and 1 <br /> handicap accessible. The surface will be asphalt and include a sidewalk to the model home entrance. <br /> The lot around the parking lot will have turf established (seed, sod & irrigation). <br /> The duration of the parking lot will be dependent on market conditions, but may be between 2 and 3 <br /> years. Upon completion of marketing activities, it will be removed and a home will be constructed. <br /> We look forward to the City's review of this request.
