Public improvements include streets, sidewalks, and utilities. The <br /> improvements have been inspected by city staff, and it has been determined they meet the standards <br /> described in city codes and policies. <br /> Council acceptance of the public improvements begins the two year warranty period described in the <br /> development agreement. City staff recommend formal acceptance as of November 1,2018.
