The city annually reviews its fees to ensure that the cost of administration and enforcement are covered and to see how the fees compare with surrounding communities of similar size. The recommendation for the following fee increases is based on the cost of administration and the average fees being charged by metropolitan municipalities for cities of 10,000 - 20,000 population. Listed below are the current administrative fees with the recommended increases.
