ma <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING <br />UPDATE OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA <br />ATTENTION RESIDENTS, PROPERTY OWNERS, AND <br />CONCERNED CITIZENS <br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Elk River, Minnesota, has <br />initiated an update of its existing Comprehensive Plan. This plan will help <br />guide development decisions in Elk River over the next decade and will be a <br />valuable document for the City, its Planning Commission, residents, and <br />businesses. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public meeting on the <br />proposed update of the Comprehensive Plan will be conducted by the Steering <br />Committee on Thursday, September 22, 1994, at the Elk River City Hall, <br />beginning at 7 p.m. The j-u-b-h-c-m--ee-t-in-g-TiM include a presentation and <br />discussion on the City's public utility system and areas that may expect to <br />receive utilities in the future. Secondly, an overview of the draft <br />transportation plan will be discussed. <br />All persons desiring to appear at the public meeting will be afforded an <br />opportunity to express their view on the issues. Interested persons may also <br />file written comments expressing their views with the City Planner.
