NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING <br />UPDATE OF THE ELK RIVER COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />A public meeting on updating the Elk River Comprehensive Plan will be held <br />at the Elk River City Hall on <br />Thursday, January 12, 1995, beginning at 7:00 p.m. <br />This meeting will focus on residential development in the southeast <br />planning area, as outlined on the map on the reverse side. The southeast <br />planning area is roughly the area east of Tyler Street alignment and south of <br />197th, extending to the City's eastern limits. <br />Discussion items may include an inventory of residential land, and <br />development policies associated with residential growth in the southeast <br />area. Also, discussion may include the extension of urban services, land use <br />options, and other issues that may be raised by residents within the <br />southeast planning area. <br />Everyone at this meeting will be given a chance to express their views on the <br />issues under discussion. Interested persons may also file written comments <br />with the City Planner.
