Due to illness, I was unable to do this. <br />I am enclosing a copy of my proposed speech and also some pic- <br />tures to show you the view we have from our front door. <br />Steve, this home built at 21101 York St. NW was done so by some <br />very inconsiderate people. And now with the addition, it is an <br />absolute eyesore. It is really sad when an existing homeowner <br />can have their property value so greatly reduced by the con- <br />struction of a new home. <br />Do me a favor, get in your car with the Mayor beside you and take <br />a look at what the lack of a simple zoning law requiring due con- <br />sideration to adjoining properties and the neighborhood as a <br />whole, can do to the cosmetic look of a community. <br />Mary u Rankin <br />21105 York St. NW <br />Elk iver MN 55330 <br />
