Box 490 <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br />Dear Mr. Minton: <br />We are writing to express our concern regarding the current 5 year review of <br />the agricultural zoned land north of County Road #33. As property owners with 56 <br />acres adjoining the north side of Co. Rd. #33, it is not our current intention to sub- <br />divide our property, however we may decide to do so in the near future. <br />We understand the wish of past city leaders to control the growth of the city, <br />but we feel the restriction to 10 acre plots greatly reduces our capacity to realize the <br />full market value of our land. It would be our desire to have the area north of Co. <br />Rd #33 zoned agricultural with a 2.5 acre minimum. <br />Our property is located at 13261 Ranch Road N.W.
