<br />ORDINANCE NO. 81 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE PENALlY FOR THE <br />VIOLATION OF ORDIANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK <br />RIVER. <br /> <br />The Council of the Village of Elk River.
