<br />c==o..-... <br /> <br /> <br />Section Four (4). Ordinance No. SS dated May 5. 1958. <br />and ntitled "An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 39" is hereby <br />repealed. <br /> <br />Section Five (5). The owner or proprietor' of any business <br />premises licensed for the conduct and sale of non-intoxicating <br />malt liquors pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 34 of <br />March. 1936. as amended, or any bottle club, may apply to this <br />Council for permit to allow the consumption or display of intoxi- <br />cating liquor or the serving of any liquid for the purpose of <br />mixing intoxicating liquor, which permit may be issued by the <br />Council at its discretion upon payment of a permit fee of $50.00 <br />to the clerk and upon further proof of a permit issued by the <br />Liquor Control Commission of the State of Minnesota pursuant to <br />the provisions of alapter 340.119, Subd. 3. Minnesota Statutes, <br />licensing the subject premises for said purposes. The Council <br />reserves the right before the issuance of any permit contemplated <br />by the proviSions of this Ordinance to investiage the applicant <br />therefor through its own police department.or otherwise, or to <br />require such further and additional proof from the applicant <br />as it may from time to time determine pursuant to the issuance <br />of said permit. The permit issued previous to the provisions <br />of this Ordinance shall be for a period of one year to expire <br />on July 1st next following issuanee thereof and must be renewed <br />annually on July 1st upon the payment of the $50.00 permit fee. <br /> <br />Section Six (6).
