<br />to sign waiving the tight of a Public Hearing. <br /> <br />A motion was made by' Hudson and seconded by Syring" to proceed with the 1969 <br />sanitary sewer and watermain extensions on School Street from Holt Avenue to <br />Gates Avenue and en Gates Avenue from School Street to BthStreetj this to be <br />conditioned on the rec~pt of a waiver of f)ublic Hearing signed b7 Mr. Guth, <br />President" Builders Land Co., on the Gates Avenue Construction" and authorizing <br />William Mills to prepare plans and specifications. !-1otion carried unaminously. <br /> <br />l <br /> <br />Public Hearing adjourned. <br /> <br />Anthony Belanger was' present and made verbal application for a 3.2 beer license <br />for a beer tavern to'be located at 651 Main Street. <He was advised to complete <br />the necessary application form and that the councU:","ill consider at a special <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mills recommended tha.t the Village take no action on the LP99 l?rogram as their <br />is too much preliminery 'Work and the time is too short. <br /> <br />Roz .Johnson presented a plat for residential development of an area North of Main <br />Str~et and East of U.S. Highway 169 and requested the Councils preliminery approval. <br />Ta.bled until Bartelt submits it to the Planning Commission to learn if they are <br />involved. <br /> <br />Mills reported. that he has taken phptographs of the critical erosion areas and will <br />be writing a letter to be sent to the Corp of Engineers and Congressmen in ~~ashington. <br /> <br />Hudson reported that the minimum cost for a radio for Derrs pickup would be $550.00 <br />installed. A receiver would be considerbly less.
