That § 74-91, Penalty for violation of certain sections of the City of Elk River Code <br />of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />With the exception of parking regulations set forth in Minn. Stats. Ch. 169 and adopted <br />pursuant to section 74-94 herein, A a violation of any other section to which this section applies <br />shall constitute a petty misdemeanor, punishable by payment, upon conviction, of a fine to be set by <br />resolution. The fine shall be doubled if the fine is not paid within seven days, and/or if the violator <br />has received a parking violation within the last 30 days. <br />(Code 1982, § 1100.10(11)) <br />State Law reference— Petty misdemeanors, Minn. Stats. § 609.0332. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That § 74-94, Adoption of state law of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances <br />shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(a) The city hereby adopts all parking regulations set forth in Minn. Stats. ch. 169 and <br />other applicable state laws. <br />(b) Violations of this section are punishable as provided in section 74-91. <br />(Code 1982, § 1100.10(7)) <br />State Law reference— Stopping, standing and parking, Minn.
