This project consists of recommended <br />improvements from a number of different studies including the Twin Lakes Road Corridor study, the <br />st <br />171 Avenue FAST study, the Yale Street Feasibility Report, and the Natures Edge Phase I & II <br />development projects. <br />The attached figure shows the proposed limits of the project. This conceptual layout, which is preliminary <br />and will need to be vetted through a public engagement process, will serve as the basis for the project <br />cost estimates that needs to be include in our grant application. The grant application is due by January 4, <br />2019.
