During <br />work session, we reviewed the specific projects, costs, funding sources, and 5-year cash flow projections. <br /> <br />The CIP is an evolving document re-evaluated on an annual basis and upon each annual update some <br />projects will be deleted, added, or even delayed, reflecting community needs and the financial ability to <br />fund the project. <br /> <br />The CIP is a long-term planning tool and all purchases over $50,000 will come back to Council for <br />approval per our financial management policies. <br /> <br />A few highlights of the CIP for 2019 include: <br /> 2019 street improvement project <br /> Wayfinding signage <br /> Comprehensive plan update <br /> Fire tender, dump truck, loader <br /> Woodland Trails grant project <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />See various funding sources identified in the 2019-2023 CIP. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> 2019-2023 Capital Improvement Plan <br /> 2019 Equipment Purchases - Equipment Replacement Fund <br /> <br />
