'lb.e Council was receptive to some modification <br />of the parking lot, with the closing of Jackson Place, but to allow sufficient <br />.access to Hetricks Standard Service. The Council was against placing parking <br />meters in the b.1siness district and against ma.i.ntaining a Parking area behind <br />Walkers or leasing property for parking. In agreement that employee parking <br />is a business obligation.. Agreeable by the Council to investigate further the <br />devel,opment of the King Avenue Stub and that additional suggestions should be <br />presented directly to the Council. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Syring and seconded by Konop, to make a temporary transfer <br />of $2.510.06 from the ~raJ. Fund to the Sewer Improvinent Bond and . <br />Interest Fund. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion on whether to purchase additional sand bags to supplement the approx. <br />1000 bags we now have onhand.
