Horton, Inc – Minnesota is please to submit the attached Interim Use application for a temporary <br />parking lot on the southwest corner of 190th Avenue NW and Edison Street NW. The lot is planned to be <br />in place during marketing of our homes in Miske Meadows. <br /> <br />The purpose of the parking lot is to provide off-street customer parking for the future model home <br />located on the adjacent lot as shown on the attached survey. It will include 4 spaces: 3 standard and 1 <br />handicap accessible. The surface will be asphalt and include a sidewalk to the model home entrance. <br />The lot around the parking lot will have turf established (seed, sod & irrigation). <br /> <br />The duration of the parking lot will be dependent on market conditions, but may be between 2 and 3 <br />years. Upon completion of marketing activities, it will be removed and a home will be constructed. <br /> <br />We look forward to the City’s review of this request.
