(1) The period of time for which the interim use permit is to be granted will terminate before any adverse impacts are felt <br />upon adjacent properties. <br />Permanent use as a parking lot will terminate before the neighborhood is completely built out and <br />the replacement with a single-family home will fully comply with the ordinance. <br /> <br />(2) There is adequate assurance that the property will be left in suitable condition after the use is terminated. <br />The requirement to remove gravel base materials and de-compact the soil beneath the parking area <br />will leave the site in a suitable condition for residential development. <br /> <br />(3) The use is similar to uses allowed in the zoning district in which the property is located. <br />The use is complimentary to the sale and development of the Miske Meadows neighborhood. <br /> <br />(4) The date or event that will terminate the use can be identified with certainty. <br />The applicant states the use will last for 2 to 3 years, which is the expected timeline for this area of <br />the subdivision to fully develop.
