Essentially, all this plat does is replat Outlot B of the first addition to create Lot 1, <br />Block 1 along Rawlins Street NW, with the remainder being Outlot A of Wmdsor Oaks of <br />Elk River Second Addition. The lot that is created contains the existing well and pump <br />house for the community water system in the subdivision. The lot is of adequate size and <br />frontage relative to the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />We would recommend approval of Wmdsor Oaks of Elk River Second Addition.
