Scope of work <br /> Returned with at least 2 bids <br /> Sketches is applicable <br />4. Contract sent to homeowner with chosen contractor’s and scope of work <br /> Signed and notarized <br />5. Contracts signed by homeowner sent to contractor <br />6. Contracts reviewed by CMHP <br /> Notice to proceed issued to contractor <br /> Material and construction draws after notice to proceed issued <br />7.
