All
members were present. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Johnson. The minutes of the last
meeting were read and approved.

The clerk read a proposed ordinance providing for a Planning Commission being Ordinance No. 70.

A motion was made by Norris and seconded by Briggs to approve the ordinance. The council asked him to bring in a
plan of an addition to the house to make it large enough to be of the minimum legal size of 750
square feet.

The business of L.G. Lamm’s plat and petition for change of zoning was taken up and there was
considerable discussion.
