<br />r---- ___n <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON <br />PROPOSED LOCAL DlPROVEHENTS <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Village Council of the Village <br />of Elk Riyer will hold a public hearing in the Municipal Building in the <br />Village of Elk River, in the County of Sherburne and State of Hinnesota, <br />on July 13th , 1964, at Eight o'clock P. M. upon the following described <br />proposed local improvements, to-wit: <br /> <br />1. General Nature of Improvement: Construction of an extension to <br />the water main commencing at a point of the West line of Proctor Avenue, <br />so-called, as established and laid out in said Village, approximately 180 <br />feet South of the South line of School Street, so-called, as established <br />and laid out in said Village, or the Westerly extension thereof; thence East <br />and parallel with the South line of School Street 614 feet; thence North <br />at right angles to a point at or near the North line of School Street; thence <br />East on and along School Street to a point connecting with the existing water <br />main at the intersection of Irving Avenue, so-called, as established and <br />laid out in said Village, and there terminating. <br /> <br />Estimated Cost: <br /> <br />$ 13700.00 <br /> <br />-1 <br /> <br />Area to be Assessed: Those parts of the NEt of the NEt of Section <br />33, and the Nt of the NHt of Section 34, Township 33, Range 26, abutting on <br />said improvement. <br /> <br />2. General Nature of Improvement: Construction of an extension <br />to the sanitary sewer commencing at a point on the East line of Proctor <br />Avenue in said Village approximately 180 feet South of the South line of <br />School Street or the Westerly extension thereof; thence East and parallel <br />with the South line of School Street to a point 242 feet East of the East <br />line of Proctor Avenue and there terminating. <br /> <br />Estimated Cost: $ <br /> <br />1120.00 <br /> <br />Area to be Assessed: That part of the NEt of the NEt of Section <br />33, Township 33, Range 26, abutting on said improvement. <br /> <br />3. General Nature of Improvement: Construction of an extension <br />to the sanitary sewer commencing at the existing manhole on LOOKOUT PLACE, <br />as established and located in said Village, thence in a Southerly direction <br />to the center line of Angel Street, also described as CUtLot One (1), RIVER- <br />VIEW ~~DITION, and there terminating. <br /> <br />Estimated Cost: $ 583.00 <br /> <br />Area to be Assessed: Lots and portions of RIVERVIEVl ADDITION, <br />ABUTTING UPON SAID improvement or benefiting from same. <br /> <br />4. General Nature of Improvement: Construction of an extension <br />to the water main commencing at the intersection of Horton Avenue and Hanor <br />Place as established and laid out in said Village; thence Southerly on Mor- <br />tgn Avenue to the intersection thereof with Angel Street, also described as <br />Out Lot One (1) RIVERVIEVT ADDITION; thence Easterly and Northeasterly on <br />and along said Angel Street to the intersection thereof with LOOKOUT PLACE; <br />thence Northerly 300 feet, more or less, to connect to existing water main. <br /> <br />Estimated Cost: <br /> <br />$ 5300.00 <br /> <br />Areas to be Assessed: Abutting portions of Lot 19, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No.4, and RIVERVIEW ADDITION. <br />
