Holders <br />desiring to receive such notice must register their <br />names, addresses, and bond numbers with the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />This bond is one of an issue in the total principal <br />amount of $213,000, all of like date and tenor, except <br />as to maturity, interest rate, and redemption privilege, <br />which bond has been issued pursuant to and in full con~ <br />formity with the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />Minnesota, for the purpose of refunding obligations here- <br />tofore issued by the Village, as specified in the resolu- <br />tion authorizing this issue adopted by the Village Council <br />on , 19 , and is payable out of <br />the General Obligation Refunding Improvement Bonds of 1964, <br />Fund of the Village.
