The existing lots access Twin Lakes Parkway, but the proposed parcels <br />would utilize Tyler St NW for access. The proposed lots are 65 feet wide, which is consistent with the <br />homes in Twin Lakes Estates – directly across the street from the subdivision. <br /> <br />Additionally, the city owns approximately 15 feet of property between the right-of-way for Tyler Street <br />and the property owned by the applicant. The city would need to sell/transfer the property to the <br />applicant prior to approval of the subdivision. The city property was acquired on tax forfeit.
