He presented it to Daughters of the American <br />Revolution member Marilyn Schroeder. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Wagner to proclaim September 17 – 23, 2018, as Constitution Week. Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br /> <br />6.5 Proclamation: Minnesota Manufacturer’s Week <br /> <br /> Mayor Dietz read the proclamation. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Ovall and seconded by Councilmember Westgaard <br />to proclaim October 1 – 7, 2018, as Minnesota Manufacturer’s Week.
