Action Items <br /> 3.1 Park Dedication — Dickenson Addition <br /> Mr. Benoit presented his staff report. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Ahlness and seconded by Commissioner Niziolek to <br /> recommend to City Council to accept park dedication for the one dwelling unit at <br /> the rate applicable when the subdivision is released for recording. This will be <br /> $1,425.93 at the 2018 low density rate. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 3.2 Park Dedication — Monroe Estates <br /> Mr. Benoit presented his staff report. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Niziolek and seconded by Commissioner Ahlness to <br /> recommend to City Council to accept park dedication for the plat of Monroe <br /> Estates to be paid for 16 dwelling units at the rate applicable when the subdivision <br /> is released for recording. This will be $1,425.93/lot at the 2018 low density rate. <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 3.3 Request to purchase City property III <br /> Mr. Benoit presented his staff report. <br /> Chair Anderson brought up the idea of access to rest of property to use as a dog park. <br /> Mr. Gibson shared the church is expanding to East and would like to erect a sign near <br /> County Road 1. <br /> Moved by Commissioner Niziolek and seconded by Commissioner Holmgren to <br /> table item to a future meeting. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> 4. Discussion Items <br /> 4.1 Woodland Trails Regional Park Grant Committee <br /> Mr. Sevcik shared his staff report. <br /> Chair Anderson brought up having a representative for Archery,biathlon, skiing,running, <br /> cycling, and parents of young children.
