This person will have many, many issues coming at him/her. <br /> <br />4. (PK) Leader <br /> <br />(SK) Experience as City of Elk River staff department head - 15+ years <br /> <br />(JG) Able to take citizen impact and add that information to the plan <br /> <br />(LF) Candidate must be able to see the big picture-from input by the community, staff and <br />City Council <br /> <br />(PM) Self-motivated with the ability to deal effectively with the City Administrator and <br />department heads to motivate them to take action. <br />
