<br />(3) That the proposition of erecti~ such light plant <br />and issuing bonds be submitted to the voters as a single <br />question at the annual Village Election to be held Decem- <br />ber 6th, 1932, and the Village Clerk is hereby authorized <br />and directed to iive due notice thereof and to make ready .. <br />and prepare the necessary ballot s ani ballot boxes. .... <br /> <br />Mr. J.D.Flaherty seconded the motion to adopt said <br />resolution and upon roll call it waS adopted by the fol- <br />lowing vote: <br />Ayes: Geo. Oornelius, J.D.Flaherty, O.E.Brown, W.F. <br />Ohadbourne and D.E.Davis. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />The Oouncil then proceeded to consider Judges and <br />Clerks for the election and polli~ place and upon mot- <br />ion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, G.A. <br />Pepin, Louis Baldousky and A.
