Both parties were identified and told to leave the property. No further action taken. 2012- Zane While on patrol I noticed a vehicle driving in both parking lots at Saxon Motors. Mailed Curfew Letters to C.D, J.L., C.D., E.I.G.R., T.G., P.S., & J.H. 10-29-12, #647. SCSO #3543 received limited information of people trying to enter a vaunt building in the area of the Elk Lodge. Officers located anunsecured door on the south side of ER 12017378 Unsecure 2012- 17354 Zane the mentioned business and evidence someone had recently been inside the building. Building/Home 11-02 St There was also a broken window on an overhead garage door on the northwest corner of building. Mille Lau County Sheriff K-9 responded and cleared building. Unable to secure door. Security check performed at Business and found 1 door on east side of building right ER 12017858 Unsecure 2012- 17354 Zane next to garage doors open. Called for additional 3600 cam.3624, 3620 and 3606 Building/Nome 11-11 St assisted inclearing building. There were 2 doors open on the rear side of the building which were then secured by 3691, 3683 and 3620. Suspicious vehicle parked in the back of the mentioned location. Spoke with ER 12017922 Suspicious Vehicle 2012 17354 ZANE mentioned individual who had been texting on his phone. He had parked behind the 11-13 ST business because he was waiting to go back to work in Otsego. No problems and party left property. End report. ER 12017953 Unsecure 2012- 17354 Zane Located rear door propped open along with additional doors unsecured. Inside was Building/Home 11-14 St checked and no one found inside. Doors secured. During a security check at the mentioned location I located the mentioned vehicle occupied by an adult female. While making contact with the occupant a male opened a door and refused to come back out of the building. While a perimeter was being established officers took three other individuals into custody. During a subsequent building search with K-9 evidence of burglary was located inside the vacant business. ER 12020434 Burglary 2012 17354 Zane Suspects were field interviewed and booked into the Sherburne County jail and held 12-31 St on burglary charges. See supplement for narrative.
