ER 08002212 Theft 2008- 17354 ZANE WHILE PATROLLING THE SAXON MOTORS LOT, MN LIC/PKY113 WAS FOUND IN THE 02-06 ST NORTH LOT UP ON JACK STANDS. ALL 4 TIRES AND RIMS WERE GONE. . KEYHOLDER CONTACTED VIA PHONE, AND STATED THAT THE TRUCK WAS NOT LEFT LIKE THIS WHEN THEY CLOSED. 1 Observed a white truck withdark tinted windows on the topper driving slowly through ER 08002358 Suspicious Vehicle 17354 SANE the lot after hours. Stopped vehicle and the driver stated he was just locking at new 0008- 08 [rucks in the lot. Observed vehicle occupied by 4 younger looking individuals driving slowly though the ER 08002361 Suspicious Vehicle - 17354 SANE lot, after hours, and stopping behind some vehicles momentarily. Driver stated she 02-0 was looking at vehicles for purchase in the near future. Received bad check packet from Saxon Motors. They receivedtwo NSF checks for a down payment an a used car they sold.Checks were issued 11-15-07 and 11-17-07 for $2000 and $500. 2008- ZANE Suspect: Abdisalan A Husssein 11-15-68 1808 University Ave #304 Mpls, MN 55418. ER 08004324 All Other 03-13 17354 ST Suspect told dealership to call his attorney as he will be getting a settlement soon. Did not respond to Notice and Order Demand for Payment sent by Saxon. Responded to mentioned location for a medical involving a diabetic reaction. Met ER 08005501 Medical 0008- 4-02 17354 SANE complainant, who said he felt as though he was possibly having a reaction. Administered oxygen. ER Ambulance responded. Unknown transport Clear. Vehicle 06-06 ST See report While doing a security check at Saxon Motors, I observed a white van bearing MN LIC/XNV976 parked in the Iot.A male, female and a younger child were walking back ER 08009908 Suspicious Vehicle 2008- 17354 ZANE to the van, due to the recent thefts of catalytic converters, with the suspect driving a 06-11 ST white van, I looked in the van while speaking to the driver. Nothing unusual found. The driver was identified as the registered owner. Driver stated they were shopping naw so they don't have the pressure of a sales person. No further action. Sales manager reports that a 1998 Chevy pick up was missing from the sales lot Vehicle last accounted for on 06/10/2008. Vehicle entered as a stolen. ER 08010459 Vehicle Theft 06-20 17354 STNS See supplemental report License plate purged by State 01-17-13, #664. Caller advising that he was upset over a vehicle that Saxon Auto had sold his 19 yr old daughter 2 days ago. Caller stated that he has stopped payment on the sale and is 2008 ZANE returning the vehicle and retrieving his daughters previous vehicle from the lot. Caller ER 08015252 Civil Complaint 09-06 17354 ST stated that he has been trying to return the vehicle for the last two days and Saxon is stalling the process so that it passes the three (3) day mark. ER 08016432 Fraud 09-25 17354 St Typedreport will fallow Complainant/employee of below business, reported suspicious vehicle possible MN lic/ngd 762 in lot of attached import sales lot. Complainant stated vehicle was ER 08021104 Suspicious Vehicle 1201 17354 NS ST occupied by a Ione adult male possible middle eastern decent and when he 5 approached vehicle it sped out of lot. Complainant described vehicle as a Toyota Matrix, plate did not match. Checked area, no contact.
