A-U EIS <br /> Riverwalk Project <br /> VVIVF`moi <br /> Jul_ 3 0 2018 <br /> Our mission with this new product is to fix issues the issues that have stemmed from transients and the <br /> access they have through the park from the river and up to the property disturbing the community and <br /> vandalizing the property and surrounding areas. <br /> In order to remedy this vandalism that has come from the access they have through the park we need <br /> the help of the city to create a product to better the community but cannot do so until we create safety <br /> for all by eliminating these issues and providing an area for pedestrian walkability and accessibility to <br /> the wonderful park area in which is associated with the property. <br /> In lieu of park dedication fees we would give ownership to the city for access to the park and to continue <br /> on providing betterment of the community. <br /> Please see attached documents for any and all police reports associated with the parcel for the last 10 <br /> years for more information of these occurrences. <br />
