P 18-10 <br /> Dear Mr. Leeseberg: <br /> Enclosed for your review and approval is a revised preliminary plat, including a final plat. <br /> The revisions include deleting the cul-de-sac and extending Street A to the east property line. The <br /> revisions also include a response to some of your review comments dated 8-21-18 and are as follows: <br /> Environmental <br /> 1. The Wetlands are updated with the approved delineation. <br /> Engineering <br /> 1. A cul-de-sac is provided at the north end of Monroe St. <br /> 2. Sherburne County requires a right turn lane at Street A. A bypass lane is not required since there are less <br /> than 20 lots. A right turn lane is not required on Monroe St. since it is less than 10 lots. <br /> 3-6. With the recent change to the cul-de-sac on Street A, these comments will be addressed ASAP with a <br /> submittal to the City shortly. <br /> Stormwater <br /> 1-7.
