As you are aware, this school is proposed to be located in the northeast comer of <br />the River Park Addition (Miske property), near the intersection of County Road 40 and <br />CSAH 13. The submittal package we reviewed was prepared by Anderson-Johnson <br />Associates, Inc. and was dated March 28, 2005. It contained a site map, geometric plan, <br />grading plan, utility plan, paving, fencing and signage plan, along with landscaping plans and <br />site details. Based upon our review and comments received at the staff review meeting, we <br />would offer the following comments: <br /> <br />A. Drainage Calculations <br /> <br />· Generally, the drainage calculations appear to be adequate. However, additional <br />information should be submitted to provide a complete drainage submittal. This <br />additional information should include a written summary stating that the various <br />design parameters required such as not exceeding the existing 10-year and lOO-year <br />discharge rates, dead storage volume equal to 2.5 inches of runoff from the <br />impervious area, and the maximum discharge rate and dead storage required by the <br />NPD ES construction permit are met. The revised drainage calculations should <br />include a drainage map of the existing and proposed areas.
