This developer should coordinate with the developer of Twin Lake Estates at their <br />southwest comer to ensure that road rights of way will meet up on opposite sides of <br />Trout Brook. <br /> <br />7. lO-foot drainage and utility easements should be provided around the perimeter of all <br />outlots and along the right of way dedicated for Cleveland Street. <br /> <br />8. The final grading and construction plans have not been submitted, reviewed or approved <br />at this time.
