<br />6. Reimbursement payments shall not be made in instances where a 911 address is <br />made or changed in response to a public purpose, such as an annexation, post office <br />change or similar occurrence. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reimbursement payments for 911 errors <br />shall be from the Council's Contingency Fund unless determined otherwise by the Elk <br />River City Council. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 2nd day of May, 2005. <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
