<br /> <br />*Item # 3.3. * <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />Michele MCPherso~ector of Planning <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />May 2, 2005 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Resolution Establishing Address Reimbursement Policy <br /> <br />At the April 18, 2005 City Council meeting the City Council adopted a reimbursement policy <br />for address changes with a maximum cap of $450. The eligible reimbursement items include <br />changing the address monument on the dwelling, drivers' license and passport replacement. <br /> <br />The attached resolution details the conditions for reimbursement. This resolution follows <br />the Sherburne County format that was included in the April 18, 2005 packet. <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />The City Council is asked to approve the attached resolution establishing a reimbursement <br />policy for addressing errors. <br /> <br />S:\PLANNING\Michele McPherson\CCREPRTS\05 02 05 Address Reimb policy. doc <br />
