Performs budget and financial activities. <br />a.Compiles, prepares and recommends to the city administrator the annual budget for the Fire Department <br />including fire prevention and inspections, emergency management, and capital improvement plan. <br />b.Manages, monitors, and controls the overall departmental expenditures. <br /> <br />7.
