A drinking fountain should be installed to comply with code. <br /> <br />2. Light and Ventilation <br />a. Electrical panels do not have code required clear space in front of them. <br />b. HVAC system is not code compliant. <br /> <br />3. Fire Protection/Adequate Egress <br />a. The floor to ceiling height in the basement for emergency egress is not code compliant. <br />b. Smoke detectors are not code compliant. <br />c. Emergency lighting is not code compliant. <br />d. Emergency notification system is not code compliant. <br />e.
