No concerns or issues with the application as proposed. Support any storm water <br />comments submitted. <br /> <br /> <br />Case #P 18-10 / ZC 18-04/ CUP 18-14 Monroe Estates <br /> <br />1. Provide right-of-way and add cul-de-sac on north end of Monroe Street. <br />2. Provide approvals from Sherburne County that the roadway connection is <br />allowed in its proposed location and without turn lanes as shown. <br />3. Confirm that Monroe Street is being improved to paved standards per standard <br />plate # 2011. <br />4. Final plans should further identify driveway locations and show installation of <br />culverts. <br />5. Further details on all runoff emergency overflow elevations should be shown in <br />final plans. <br />6.
