3.Amendments. <br />(a)Exhibit A is amended to read as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />(b)Exhibit B is amended to read as set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto. <br />4.Existing Provisions.Except as herein amended, all terms and provisions of the <br />Mortgage, as originally executed as September 10, 2013, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />5.Governing Law. This Amendment shall be governed by and construed in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />6.Execution Counterparts.
