Amendments. <br /> <br /> (a) Exhibit A is amended to read as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> <br /> (b) Exhibit B is amended to read as set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto. <br /> <br /> 4. Existing Provisions. Except as herein amended, all terms and provisions of the <br />Mortgage, as originally executed as September 10, 2013, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> 5. Governing Law. This Amendment shall be governed by and construed in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />6. Execution Counterparts.
