Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 7.4A ERX Motorpark- 21591 U.S. Hwy. 169 NW-Zone Change from <br /> Commercial Reserve Transition (CRT) to XCR <br /> Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br /> Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. <br /> Mike Swanson, 21310 Brook Rd NW,is not as concerned about noise as he is with <br /> future expansion taking over his neighborhood and decreasing property values. Mr. <br /> Swanson stated he was concerned with ERX purchasing properties as they become <br /> available in order to continue to expand. <br /> Mayor Dietz clarified with City Attorney Beck that,if ERX wished to build <br /> additional racetracks, they would need additional Council approval. <br /> NATUREI <br />
