7) A discussion was held regarding the location of a future <br /> substation site and the method to acquire the necessary property. <br /> Motion by Mr. Tralle, seconded by Mr. Zabee to authorize the <br /> General Manager to enter into a tentative purchasing agreement <br /> with a possible seller, the finality of which would only be <br /> completed with the subsequent ratification of the Commission at a <br /> later date. The motion carried. <br /> 8) The Line Superintendent reported on the status of construction <br /> projects and other operating conditions. <br /> 9) Motion by Mr. Tralle seconded by Mr. Zabee to authorize the <br /> General Manager to purchase a redundant file server to serve as a <br /> back-up to the main file server. The motion carried. <br /> 10) It was suggested that staff look into the possibility of mailing <br /> the monthly bills, along with other information, in envelopes a <br /> couple of times a year. <br /> 13) The November meeting was set for Tuesday, November 12, 1991 at the <br /> Utilities office. <br /> 14) Motion by Mr. Zabee, seconded by Mr. Tralle to adjourn.
