Motion by Mr. Zabee, <br /> seconded by Mr.Simpson, to receive and file the 1990 Audit. The <br /> motion carried. <br /> 8) The Line Superintendent reported on the status of construction <br /> projects and other operating conditions. <br /> 9) The General Manager reviewed the March financial reports with the <br /> Commissioners. <br /> 10) Motion by Mr. Tralle, seconded by Mr. Zabee, to donate $100. 00 to <br /> the Dollars for Scholars program. The motion carried. <br /> 11) Mr. Simpson discussed a request by the Elk River Tennis <br /> Association for lighting of the proposed tennis courts at the <br /> Salk School. Because this project is not in our present service <br /> territory there was very little we could do other than donate used <br /> poles and labor. Mr. Simpson will report back to the Tennis <br /> Association. <br /> 11) The next meeting was set for Monday June 10, 1991 at 4: 00 P.M. <br /> at the Utilities Office. <br /> 12) Motion by Mr. Zabee, seconded by Mr. Simpson to adjourn.
